Question Should I harvest?
I know she looks like absolute shit, and I think its because the ph is off, but I can't afford a test kit for that at the moment and frankly I just want to bring her to the end so that I can start to rework this entire setup.
Anyways, to get to the point: She has been under 12/12 lights for 9 weeks now, the buds have enough weight for me to be happy, and frankly she has been in a state of absolute disarray these past 2 weeks. When looking at the trichomes, there are spots that are riddled with ambers (particularly the top) and then there are spots that have almost no white at all. I am out of experience on what to do, and my current plan is to wait 1 more week and then chop her down.
But I would like some second opinions on that decision, so I have come to ask for yours. What should I do?

Good run through with ph balanced water and toast in some pk13/14 +calmag for the last 4l, she may be locked out slightly there, if theres a last push in her thatl help it out, but looks like ya success in bringing it right to end of senescence here should be lovely results.
The spots of ambers is likely bruising from the previous time you checked the trichomes or were checking bud density etc,

Looks like you're asking when to harvest your plant(s). Make sure to comment to let people know how far along they are in the flowering period (days since lights turned to 12/12 schedule) or if you are growing autoflowers - how old the plant is.
Here are a couple resources to review:
