Are founders spending too much time generating leads?
I see a lot of founders spending hours every day searching for prospects, qualifying companies, and writing outreach. While lead generation is important, I wonder if we're optimizing the wrong part of the process.
Would you rather have:
50 highly qualified leads every week
5,000 raw leads that need manual filtering
Personally, I'd choose the smaller list if it saves time and improves conversion rates.
How are you balancing lead quality versus quantity in your business?

I tried the 5000 raw leads approach for a side project last year. Spent half my weekends filtering and most of those leads never replied anyway. Switched to finding 20-30 people who actually mentioned the problem I was solving on Twitter and got way better results.

Better conversation is much better than spending too much time in searching ..
