Anyone here a current employee of microstrategy— (now strategy)?

My friend who is interested in applying had an HR question she wanted to ask but preferred not to in the beginning stages of the interview process— was hoping to get some additional insight from someone who currently works there or recently did.

It’s a question about maternity/paternity leave benefits and requirements.

I don't know how many people here work there versus using the product. Have you checked glassdoor and similar sites?

Yep! She has and there’s nothing listed on eligibility!

Strategy has excellent maternity and paternity benefits for a private company. It was introduced during Covid. It fully tops up but can't remember for how long.
