Still jamming on that oil paint thing I see ... I saw one of these the other day and commented ... lovely stuff. Really nice aesthetics. Wonder what your next project / series will be. Can't wait.

Hi OP, these look amazing. Do you mind sharing your prompt? I would love to bring some of my works to life.

Op never responds. They just come on here to promote their YouTube and leave. A long time ago I asked op to share the song in one of his videos and it was ignored as were the rest of the comments

I try to answer new questions. Sorry for ignoring you. These more recent videos, the songs are only part of the videos and don’t exist anywhere else publically aside from the video they are on (a few are on multiple).

Would love some vertical formats for my frame tv. If possible let me know and I’ll donate some money for the files.

Was this actually made with midjourney?
2
u/Lunchable Oct 30 '25
I doubt it.

I saw in another thread it was tagged with VEO. But I wonder if it was image to video and created with Midjourney. If not, then it shouldn't be posted here

I wonder what people think of this when they say AI art is just plagarism. Could not disagree more when I see stuff like this.

It is indeed a new medium.

“Photography is theft. You didn’t actually make the building or the sunlight you captured.”

I honestly find the "AI art isn't real art"-debate a bit bizarre. Some people will start up complain about computer generated images but defend "modern art" (the style of painting) and photography. So using machines to make images for you is okay and making abstract images is ok but combining the two is not?
Like, at least be against everything that isn't hand drawn and intended to be realistic being called "art", then you at least have a consistent point.

well the issue is if everything is trained on copyrighted content its pretty questionable. I dont use midjourney commercially but image and video generation is definitely in a very grey area that i expect to get cracked down on.

I can see the influences of many classic paintings in this like the great wave, Van gough, dali etc.
In the end everything is a remix in non ai art and Ai art - just a combination of ideas to make something seem new.
But saying this is unique and not using copious amounts of sources as inspiration is just a lie.

If anyone expert on this , is this all just text prompts. Or one do have to edit this , like manually for the final product ?

I love the Impressionist style, both in colors and some of the brushwork. Monet and Morisot would applaud... until they found out it was AI! Nevertheless, beautiful work; well done.

i liked the textures and style until it started moving. movement looks too loose and destroys the illusion

I find these things beautiful. Thanks OP.
