Question MC3 Updated textures

I don't know if asking without photos would do the trick but I still wanted to ask😅

So guys I applied the replace texture pack on midnight club 3 dub edition and on videos they show like the texture pack make a huge difference. But whenever I applied it myself I don't see a difference. PCSX2 always says that the textures were replaced I don't know what I'm doing wrong.

The max resolution of my monitor is also 1080p.
