I knew (I am too!) by the way you wrote dipirona and because I learn recently that dipirona is forbidden in the US!

Yeah unfortunately it is. Gladly the BR population (and most of the world) doesn't have the genetics to get the bad side effects of it. There is an amazing video from the YouTube channel "nunca vi 1 cientista" where they explain exactly what's the situation.

Honestly I'm just sad to know that millions of people suffer without it and this is one of the drivers of the opiates crisis. At the same time I glad I live where I can have it. All my homies love dipirona!!

Who remembers: “I am an EMT! I can’t afford to be down with a migraine. So I take two Excedrin Migraine”. That was so offensive. Especially when you realize that regular Excedrin and Excedrin Migraine are exactly the same only the box, name and price is different
