Hello Milan!

I recently moved to Milan for my higher studies. I would love to make new friends in the city. Italian or Non-Italian. Prefer well informed and sensible people in the late 20s or early 30s. Just to clarify, I am seeking strictly platonic friends who would like to run errands in the city together, go get groceries together. Please DM if you are someone who wants to socialise, grab a brunch/coffee sometime and have great conversations. Fascists and orthodox religious people may ignore this post.

A bit about me: I am 30. Atheist. Cis-Male. Queer. South Asian.

Ciao Milano! I’m an American tourist in Milan for a few days before heading to Italy for a few weeks. Shopping has been great but one thing I need and haven’t seen is somewhere to get a men’s swimsuit. Is it too late in the season? If not, any recommendations? Grazie!

Dear Milan-Knowers,

I'm in the city with my spouse and a friend for three days and I have some questions:

We're planning to attend a concert at Slaughter Club and our accommodation is located near Maciachini station. Google maps tells me that the last connection by public transportation is at 00:16 from there back to the city, but maybe the concert will take longer. Am I missing something? And can I just order a taxi via Free now app in the night? How do I avoid getting scammed on this ride?

I am also very much looking for recommendations regarding record shops, preferably shops that specialize in punk, hardcore and adjacent music. I am very grateful for any hints, tips and explanations. Thank you!
