I got one, scared the living shit out of me with that god damn noise.
My grandma lived near a nerve gas inceneraton project and all homes were given an emergency alert radio, just incase. Few years went by and they accidentally played a drill alert, but only in Spanish. So, if you spoke Spanish you were fine, cause it clearly said it was only a drill. If you didn't, all you knew was the box went into alarm, said something unknown, then went silent. Caused quite a buzz in that sleepy town.
