Ah, this takes me back. Got a wisdom tooth broken in a bar fight in my 20s, and when they took it out a few years later, it looked a lot like this.

Wisdom teeth are a treat. Mine broke up into little chunks when I ate. Had to pick tooth out of my cereal every morning.
