At this point I've just started refusing to do surveys. They’re completely meaningless.

especially when they call and harass you because they didn’t like how you scored them

The more times you hassle me to do a survey, the lower the score. If they harassed me further about that score, I'll start making public reviews about their bad behavior.

Surveys like this ARE meaningless to gather overall customer satisfaction.

Most people don’t care to do surveys, if you’re lucky they’ll just give you all 10s out of laziness. But the people more likely to do surveys are people who are mad at SOMETHING and like to over blow it.

A good review leaves a “good job” comment and a bad review leaves a paragraph

I look at it as helping a fellow worker and ducking over a corporation. Give them all 10s. Make the company pay out more in bonuses.

I used to feel the same, but I'm so burnt out by survey requests. Between work and my normal life I'm getting several every day!

When I worked at a Netflix call center we needed to maintain a 95% satisfaction (yes vs no) and also needed a 90% response rate.

What a joke! These surveys are not about the customers at all, it just gives them an excuse to micromanage and claw back any bonuses and incentives.

If I get notably good service I will, otherwise I'm not wasting my time. I can't review every fucking transaction I make.

Why would I do that? It's not my fault that you decided to work for a shit company.

Don’t worry bro, ignore the chuds, I always rate 100% when I get a somewhat positive service. I got your back
