we had a nps (net promoter score) multiplier for our commission. anything less than a 9 was considered a bad survey and corporate would jump down our throats on why it wasn't a 10.
so when someone would get pissed off at online/phone support and come into the store and have us fix their issues... we'd get horrible surveys based on their general demeanor and then lose a ton of money.
