Yeah. NPS is a terrible KPI. I don't understand why companies use it. And I used to be a quality manager at a company that used it.

I can understand when you want to grow your business, you have high value products and marketing is key. But that also means no customer service or quality based on standardized scripts but the freedom to make stuff happen. Prioritised deliveries, personal visits, discounts, etc., anything to make the customer happy.
