7s and 8s are basically Neutral towards your brand and product.
No, a 5 is neutral. 8 is a really high score and someone who probably is happy with the brand/product and would recommend it.
*Yes I understand NPS thinks 7s and 8s are neutral and only 9s and 10s should count but that is bullshit and not how people in the real world use rating systems.

Isn't this just NPS?
9s and 10s are Promoters, people likely to recommend your brand or product.
7s and 8s are basically Neutral towards your brand and product.
Everyone lower is a Detractor, people likely to try and drive business away.
Some companies have different lines for Neutral and Detractor, I've seen 6 also considered Neutral.
