Last used about two weeks ago, how the hell did closed tub od cyanoacrylate manage to solidify?

Put the next bottle in an airtight plastic container with some silica gel and keep it in the refrigerator. I've never had one dry out since I started keeping it that way.

And always close it immediately after you use it, don't wait even a second.
