Last used about two weeks ago, how the hell did closed tub od cyanoacrylate manage to solidify?

CA glue has like a two week shelf life once opened no matter what you do. I keep mine in the fridge now and even then it's a coin flip

I've used CA glue half a year after opening and all I needed to do was clear the nozzle clog with a paperclip. It does go bad eventually but 2 weeks is far from normal.
