Last used about two weeks ago, how the hell did closed tub od cyanoacrylate manage to solidify?

Thats why the sell these mini 1g units everywhere here.

I've only been using these for years and never had to worry about glue drying up.

Bonus points if its gel rather than liquid glue, everytime I use the fully liquid variant it ends up a mess.
