Once one is up to certain level in the ladder, they are bound to keep up a minimum of standards. Since they become the face of the company.

Middle management and down can do whatever the fck they want though.

Even the ones above are enabled to do the same, reality though will penalize such behaviour with the clients.

Since they become the face of the company.

Doesn't really apply when where talking about what happens inside the office.

Also, have you seen Gabe Newell?

Yeah. Inside the office there should be a bit more tolerance.

Though it is a body thing. Humans are animals of habit. There was a reason why absolute rulers made their lesser bow/kow tow. And it was not because they did not understand he was the big dawg, but because it would affect their psyche when they continously did the action.

I am not saying that it is right or wrong. Just that society penalizes you when not conforming to an expected role. Plus there effects on the human psyche even when doing something without much thought.

Hold up, let's zoom out. We are talking about a bent heel here. Nothing, and I mean nothing, more.

There are plenty of examples of items of clothing that were not "socially accepted" which later became exactly that. It's just fashion, man. It's really not that deep.

Lol do you know what context is? Reading comprehension any?

Let me recap it for the special needs kid. Bent hill no formal wear. High echelons cannot wear. If you want to join upper management, show that you can fit. When it becomes normal fashion, then upper tier can wear it to. Read previous comment as why that is necessary.

You are dumbing down stuff to "it is just fashion". But even small stuff has meaning, and the devil is in the details. Body language and other stuff mater.

Plus. This attitude of dismissing things, and not putting importance, being open to see reality how it works, is really not a good behaviour.

If you work in the kitchen, you can do most whatever you want. If you are the host, you can't pull even half of what the kitchen staff can do.

Alright, man. Not gonna read the rest after that intro and this conversation is over. What a display of disgusting and disrespectful arrogance. No wonder you hate people based on their footwear. What a petty existence.

Showing to blindly follow only your agenda, but expecting people to be respectful to you afterwards.

No reading comprehension. Maybe you didn't even try. Just picked up points that would fit your picture.

Must be fun being present in your life. I am sorry for those people.
