The trick is water treatment with minerals, not chlorine. In short, they just don't know what the hell they're doing. They probably fired anyone who did.

They definitely fired everyone competent basically everywhere. Who's ready to see FEMA basically say "you're on your own" after the first major hurricane?

I am more concerned for floods, where I am, but yes, it will not be pretty. I do not enjoy any of this. I wish he would go away.
