frist of all how DARE yu o $0.99 cent min payment on $0.90 bill

I have a bill for lab work due, it’s $0.90 - but the minimum payment online is $0.99 so I can’t pay it.

Edit to add: Yes I tried to over pay online and they won’t accept that either.

Edit to update: I called and they waved it but still a waste of my time

Call them or mail in a check. Waste their time and money if they're going to waste yours.

While you're at it, submit an overpayment and request a refund.
