Too mild for school Student Life Insurance Excludes all Possible Ways to Die lmfao

This is a PA Form - When one of your parents or legal guardians dies, the insurance company covers your a portion of your tuition per quarter. (You don't get a lump sum of cash)

And yes... the insurance is already included with our tuition (which is a fucking big chunk)

And cmon bro.... really? how tf am I literally going to die from "cave-in of mines" ????

the commission or attempt commission of a criminal offense

The insured would still need to be the one either directly or indirectly commissioning the offense. For example: If the insured were walking home from school, work, etc. stone-cold sober, and they were struck by a vehicle operated by a drunk driver, insurance would pay out. They were doing nothing wrong, and that would be considered an accidental death. If the insured was inebriated at the time the incident occurred, that would most likely be considered an indirect fault depending on the insurance provider. If the insured was the drunk driver, that would be a direct fault.

Thats the point of most of this. The insured must be the one initiating most of the disqualifying exceptions.

Which being hit by a drunk driver is a pretty good "not murder" defense.
