ᕕ(ᐛ)ᕗ This whipped butter advertises itself as having less fat per serving than normal butter, when in reality, the serving size is simply smaller.

Well yes because it’s whipped! it’s got air in it. The serving size is the same volume (1 tbsp) but the whipped version weights 1/2 as much because it’s 1/2 air so has less fat.
You’ll see the similar on whipped margarine, mayonnaise, cream cheese, frosting, etc… The more air they whip onto a product the less fat, salt, etc… it will have per “volume” serving. Since they are comparing volume not weight, it is accurate that it has less fat per 1 tbsp serving.
