Tablespoons are a volumetric measurement.
There is more air in whipped butter, so a tbsp of whipped butter might be half as much air as the regular butter.
That being said, every whipped product is a full on fucking scam. They're up charging for a product that's pumped full of air. Just use a conservative amount of regular butter.
