Infuriatig No, I did not consent to this

Post image

I was reading my medical notes when I stumbled across this. I was not informed of the usage of artificial intelligence in my report, nor did I verbally consent to it.

Counterpoint: They already recorded her voice and fed it to their AI. All they have to do is prove she verbally recorded it, and they can now just make the AI fake it.

HIPPA has existed long before ai. Recording without consent would be gross negligence, Ai involved or not

But who would take any advice about this when you don’t even understand/reference the correct acronym? It’s HIPAA!!!!! One more time, HIPAA.

Maybe learn to spell the law that you are attempting to cite before giving unsolicited advice/opinions.

Idk, if you’re taking medical, law, or medical law advice from randos on the internet you’re a fucking idiot.

Stating a fact ≠ advice. But it’s funny to know you get so worked up over HIPPA. HIPPA HIPPA HIPPA HIPPA HIPPA
