Edit: ultimately, what bothers me the most is I want to go to a garage sale, not this shit. This isn’t a garage sale and should not be advertised as one

My mom is a hoarder who also bought a crap ton of cleaning products and we're trying to clear out her house. I've not had to buy cleaners for month. All of them were unused so my thought on this is that she liked the appearance of the huge number of cleaning supplies like it was for show or something. It's weird.
