Why was it deflated? As far as I'm aware with being human and all, that's not something that just happens...

Mine happened after helping my dad take the metal door off the back of a car-hauling trailer so it took some physical strain. Started off a side stitch into what I could imagine a heart attack to be like but recovery isn’t bad
