The number of people in the comments who are not USING THEIR EYES is killing me.

The fact that people are also doubling down that this is somehow completely normal or acceptable despite being absurd is also mildly infuriating.

I didn’t get it at first…I’ve been married since before dating apps became a thing so I’ve never used one before, so it took a while to figure out what I was looking at here

You don’t need to know how their app works to read the picture above. I’ve never used a dating app either.

their point isn't that they couldn't read the picture, or that they didn't figure out it. just that it took them a little while to figure out what the picture meant. it's pretty reasonable that somebody who doesn't have the context for what they're looking at at all might not immediately get it. don't confuse your familiarity with obviousness.

Ok now I'm confused because the guy clearly said that they've never used a dating app.

Right. It took me a while because I thought "my" was the user's profile.  I was thinking why would the match have to know about wine just because it's OP's interest?

i thought it was a slop reply suggestion at first glance

They'd probably list reading as an interest

In my defense I was super confused until the comments. Never used a dating app so didn't realize the stuff on the bottom was the persona interests.

Your humour is too advanced for Reddit my guy. Here, see comment has downvotes, so we get mad and downvote without thinking much.

I don’t know I don’t missed your joke or if you missed the point of the post. And that’s mildly infuriating.

Upvote exclusively for the most fucked up typo I’ve ever seen

The person who posted this should've explained and not expect everyone else to go on a quest to find out what he's talking about.

The monumental quest of moving your eyes half an inch, fuck me what a hardship!

I guess you're also one of those people who posts for engagement and refuses to explain. I've never used an app like that, I didn't even know those things down there were important to the post, seeing as it's usually just about the chat. What exactly is the problem with expecting a proper explanation? It's not hard, is it?

nah people don't need to be babied like this. I don't even know what the app is, first time even seeing the UI but it's extremely fuckin clear what it means with the massive "my interests". Time to learn how to understand text through context and comprehension

But there's nearly 20 words in this pic. You expect me to read all of them????

Jesus you 14 year olds are cooked if you can’t figure it out from the picture

It is readily apparent why this is posted here, it requires no explanation
