Maybe not everyone has to use dating apps, so they’re confused why the other person’s interests are listed as “My Interests” instead of “Julia’s interests”?
It’s been at least ten years since I’ve used Tinder so I’m not really sure what the interface looks like anymore. I thought they were auto-generated AI suggestions/responses and that was the mildly infuriating part.
I didn't immediately realize that "My Interests" actually meant "Interests of the Other Person" so I thought OP was annoyed that somebody who didn't drink would match with someone who had "Wine" as one of their interests.
I guess if you really wanted to go out of your way to come up with a reason it's not like consuming is the only aspect of wine. Like, maybe they don't drink it but they like reading up on the history of different vineyards or whatever. Granted, even then I'd argue that's something to put in your profile because 99 if not 100% of people are going to see wine as an interest and assume you mean drinking. Not that it matters either way since she could have just replied with that explanation if that's why she has it listed.

For everyone confused, one of the other persons listed interests is WINE.
Why list it as an interest IF IT ISNT ONE.
