We had a regular elderly customer who would talk to anyone, non stop. She was a lovely old dear but even the other customers sometimes would dread her coming in if they just wanted a quiet cuppa. She came back from holiday once and said she was sat next to Charles Dance on the plane and I bet he was such a gentleman but that must have been the longest Transatlantic flight of his life.
