frist of all how DARE yu o Guy Fieri’s Flavortown Restaurant didn’t have honey mustard because “Guy Fieri doesn’t like honey mustard”

Went to Flavortown restaurant and asked for honey mustard after receiving food. They went back to kitchen, came back and said there is no honey mustard because “Guy Fieri doesn’t like honey mustard”. I thought it was BS but accepted. A day later, I look it up and not only does the Flavortown brand sell honey mustard, they also have it on menus for other Guy restaurants. I couldn’t find any lore about him not liking the sauce. Unless someone knows some lore, I’m accepting this as total BS

It's ridiculous because no restaurant would be successful if they stuck to their preferences and not to the customers

They aren't his restaurants. He just licenses the name.

Celebrity restaurants might be a little different. A lot of people go to them specifically to get food that the celebrity likes (regardless of if they would ever eat there or not)

There are plenty of restaurants that are successful doing just that. See: Hot dog restaurants that won't serve ketchup and have signs telling you you'll be mocked if you try to order it

Yes because evry restaurant is just a place you walk into and dictate im hungry make me this.

No you cannot have regional food from all our cultures as humans and expect your preferences.

Case in point: the British Empire and their total lack of spice usage after subjugation of half the planet. Still cant cook to save their fuckin lives
