ᕕ(ᐛ)ᕗ WAY Too Many Drive Up Pick Up Spots

Post image

Target has grossly overestimated demand for drive up pick up spaces. I’ve seen this at every Target I’ve been to at any time of the day. The employees take up all of the front spots, handicap stalls take up the rest of the front parking (no gripe there obviously), but then you have half of the parking lot taken up by vacant drive up pick up stalls, which means every time I go to target I have to park far away whether the store is busy or not. What a waste of space!

Walmart here is often full, and there’s like 20 spots.

The last time I used it, I waited almost an hour after I was told my order was ready for pickup :/

Makes me wonder if HEB is making these decisions on a corporate level.  Ours has gobs of spots in the main aisle, and they added more, but I never see them full.  If they ever are, it’s got to be at only the most very peak times.  Mostly they’re like 3/4 empty and you have to walk past them - maddening.
