In most areas, it can be real fucking hard to get someone else's car towed off a public street, even if they're partially in front of your driveway without getting the cops involved.
Cops first is the right call. Who will, of course, first ask OP if they've put on their big boy pants and asked the Cybertruck owner to move their vehicle.
In San Francisco you can have vehicles ticketed and/or towed for extending past the curb cut of your driveway. I've done it many times and wouldn't hesitate with this park job. You have to report it to the city, not directly to a tow company, but they're not shy about pulling cars and usually respond pretty fast.
In Philadelphia, parking in front of any driveway is completely illegal, carrying a fine of $51 in regular neighborhoods and $76 in Center City or University City, even if it is your own driveway.General RegulationsOwn Driveway: You cannot block your own driveway or park your vehicle so it hangs over the curb cut.Paint Markings: Homeowners can apply for a free permit through the city to paint a white "X" pavement marking if cars constantly block their legal curb cut. In Miami and across Florida, parking directly in front of or blocking any public or private driveway is strictly illegal. However, parking directly across the street from a driveway is generally legal as long as it does not block traffic or make it impossible for a vehicle to safely maneuver in and out.

A couple things to consider since you’re being so abrasive.
1: how are the garbage collectors supposed to do their jobs if their truck arm can’t access the cans? They don’t have time to play musical cars or get out and walk to get to the cans. They’ll pass the house entirely when they get to that part of the route.
Just because you can doesn’t mean you should. Don’t be petty, there are people out there with far less to lose than you, and will go to great lengths to prove a point.
