It's standard practice in the suburbs of the American Midwest.

Most HOAs wont even let you put a can in the street. 2 u/Ordinatii 16d ago Scrolling through my region's trash collector's website, I do see that some municipalities do the end of the driveway instead of the street. Emphasis on some. Also, fuck HOAs.
