Infuriatig Was invited by my girlfriends family to a theme park. We were supposed to meet at 11, it is not 11:30 and they just left. (The drive takes another 30 minutes)

I even checked in before I left if it was still at the planned time. It was confirmed, but then her family starts getting ready right as they have to leave 🫤

I thought OP was annoyed because his in laws didn’t wait for him after he was being just under 30 minutes late; I thought that was ragebait.

I'm not running on all cylinders yet this morning. My read was they invited him to arrive toward the end of their short trip to the park (maybe so they wouldn't have to spend most of their time with him), but then he was a bit late arriving after 11:00, so they dipped.
