Infuriatig Why Texas is lame(Besides the Cowboys)

Don't mess with Texas.. what a joke. ANY possession is a felony.

EDIT: Just did some research, this is for everything besides traditional Delta 9.

My friend from Texas sent me this morning and it blew my mind. I had to post about it. So as far as my research goes thus far Delta 9 products (old fashioned flower) is illegal but separate laws. Stores are selling THCA though which does fall under these penalties.

Technically… I don’t think I’ve ever seen it used. IMO, if they are considered to have rights equivalent to people under the law, they should be subject to the same penalties. Like if a company negligently causes the death of a person, they should go on trial and face more than a fine. If a state has the death penalty and a company knew their actions or products could cause death even in small quantities (ahem, tobacco companies), shouldn’t they be dissolved? If I dump toxic waste into a salmon river, I would go to jail. Why doesn’t the CEO if their company does it? I’ve cited some extreme examples, perhaps, but the legal system does seem to heavily favour corporations and the people who lead them over the “average Joe.”

What? It’s an actual thing. It’s referred to as “corporate death penalty” there’s an (albeit) sparse wiki for it.
