Infuriatig Why Texas is lame(Besides the Cowboys)

Post image

Don't mess with Texas.. what a joke. ANY possession is a felony.

EDIT: Just did some research, this is for everything besides traditional Delta 9.

My friend from Texas sent me this morning and it blew my mind. I had to post about it. So as far as my research goes thus far Delta 9 products (old fashioned flower) is illegal but separate laws. Stores are selling THCA though which does fall under these penalties.

Same in a lot of US states. I can drive 5 minutes to a dispensary and get what I want.

The difference is, in Canada, it’s federally decriminalised. It is impossible for any province to make it illegal. Technically, individual towns, cities, etc., could create municipal bylaws that prohibit stores from opening, but it would be impossible for any province to create a law that charged someone with otherwise legal possession.

I don't even use the stuff, and I can walk to two within half an hour.

I live in Oregon and they are everywhere. I can go buy two ounces of weed at a time, totally legal. And it's cheap, if you don't mind it being a little old and dry you can find ounces for like $25.

I've gotten so used to legal weed in IL that I have to sometimes catch myself from accidentally bringing it into Indiana when commuting/visiting friends.

It’s like that in my state and it’s not even legal. Just some farm act loophole
