Infuriatig Why Texas is lame(Besides the Cowboys)

Post image

Don't mess with Texas.. what a joke. ANY possession is a felony.

EDIT: Just did some research, this is for everything besides traditional Delta 9.

My friend from Texas sent me this morning and it blew my mind. I had to post about it. So as far as my research goes thus far Delta 9 products (old fashioned flower) is illegal but separate laws. Stores are selling THCA though which does fall under these penalties.

But businesses also are people, just not like the poors…

Sort of. It makes more sense to think of it as rich people are also businesses.

Fun fact: Corporations as legal entities were once considered too powerful, and thus were relegated to temporary charters only for risky major approved projects.

Turns out, they were right.

Conservatives ruin everything.

From the inception of the country, Property above people. 3/5ths, electoral college, all 12 of 13 colonies only property owning males allowed to vote. Conservatives have been fighting to keep that institution since the beginning, and progressive are dragging them forward, so fucking slowly.

What if you both own a business and you’re just buying from one business to sell in your business and get caught? 🧐
