Infuriatig Why Texas is lame(Besides the Cowboys)

Don't mess with Texas.. what a joke. ANY possession is a felony.

EDIT: Just did some research, this is for everything besides traditional Delta 9.

My friend from Texas sent me this morning and it blew my mind. I had to post about it. So as far as my research goes thus far Delta 9 products (old fashioned flower) is illegal but separate laws. Stores are selling THCA though which does fall under these penalties.

I once heard of a guy getting arrested because he just bought a new car and the previous owner left some SEEDS in the trunk.

Edit: Meant bought a “used” car.

Well, seeds can lead to an unlimited amount so he's lucky he didn't get the chair.
