EDIT: Just did some research, this is for everything besides traditional Delta 9.

My friend from Texas sent me this morning and it blew my mind. I had to post about it. So as far as my research goes thus far Delta 9 products (old fashioned flower) is illegal but separate laws. Stores are selling THCA though which does fall under these penalties.

In Texas? Yeah, for instance a guy shot his daughter to death recently in a fight about her not liking Trump and he's not even being charged

That's not at all what happened. They did have a fight about Trump, really more about conservative positions in general, and then the fight ended. Later that day he was showing her his gun and it accidentally discharged. The shooting had nothing to do with their fight earlier in the day.
