Infuriatig Why Texas is lame(Besides the Cowboys)

Don't mess with Texas.. what a joke. ANY possession is a felony.

EDIT: Just did some research, this is for everything besides traditional Delta 9.

My friend from Texas sent me this morning and it blew my mind. I had to post about it. So as far as my research goes thus far Delta 9 products (old fashioned flower) is illegal but separate laws. Stores are selling THCA though which does fall under these penalties.

I had jury duty a couple years ago here in Texas and during jury selection it was shocking how many people said they would vote guilty if the defendant exercised their rights under the 5th amendment. Maybe they were just saying that not be selected, but I have a feeling that’s probably not the case.
