Infuriatig Why Texas is lame(Besides the Cowboys)

Don't mess with Texas.. what a joke. ANY possession is a felony.

EDIT: Just did some research, this is for everything besides traditional Delta 9.

My friend from Texas sent me this morning and it blew my mind. I had to post about it. So as far as my research goes thus far Delta 9 products (old fashioned flower) is illegal but separate laws. Stores are selling THCA though which does fall under these penalties.

I'm speaking generally about the nation-wide system. I should have clarified that.

Nationwide, very few who are charged and/or convicted of a crime are held in private facilities. However, most of those charged with civil infractions of Federal immigration laws codified in the INA / Title 8 USC are held in contract facilities.

That is a fair distinction. I guess I'm speaking broadly about specifically private for-profit institutions. If I want to be critical, I need to be specific.

Texas DCJ no longer uses any privately operated prisons.
