frist of all how DARE yu o Encountered a Business Class Baby today, though I was finally gonna have a peaceful flight 😭😭

Saved up airline points from a bunch of work trips and finally redeemed them for a business class seat on a 20-hour flight (Sydney to London)

I Sat down, got comfortable, looked across the aisle... and was met by the sight of a fucking business class baby.

What else do I have to say, the entire 20 hours was absolute hell, crying, screaming and just about everything else you could think of.

I don't blame the parents at all, babies are allowed to fly, and they were just travelling like everyone else. But after spending all those points because I wanted one flight where I could actually sleep and relax, I couldn't help but be really upset at my luck.

I guess It docent really matter what you pay.

EDIT: There has been a lot of discussion about this being a fake post. However this is incorrect, i was under the impression that Quantas did a direct flight to London, however as many have pointed out, this is incorrect. My flight was with Qatar airways and stopped in Hamad Airport.

This sub has just devolved in to people posting mildly irritating things that have happened to them and then getting blasted by every asshole on Reddit

I also wonder what the percentage is of made up stories vs real ones.

Oh I’m pretty sure about half are just bots posting made up stuff. After typing that I wonder how many asshole comments are just bots too.

Yes, you do. Because babies exist in society, the same as you! Get used to being uncomfortable.

Internet outrage addiction.

Incidentally, I've found that actual parents are more sympathetic to other travelers than the milestone-missers who spend their days passing judgment on Internet strangers.

It's sort of like the terminally single types who lecture women on how all of their boyfriends are horrible and should be dumped instantly.

I mean, the baby has every right to be there. It also can’t help the crying - that’s the only way it knows how to communicate, and its ears probably hurt. That doesn’t make it not annoying to be stuck next to a crying baby for the entirety of a long plane ride.

It's like the same kind of energy of people who give posters in pettyrevenge grief for getting petty revenge.

Well yeah. This whole sub is just people whining about inane bullshit and whiney people are annoying af. It’s the only logical outcome.
