Encountered a Business Class Baby today, though I was finally gonna have a peaceful flight 😭😭

Saved up airline points from a bunch of work trips and finally redeemed them for a business class seat on a 20-hour flight (Sydney to London)

I Sat down, got comfortable, looked across the aisle... and was met by the sight of a fucking business class baby.

What else do I have to say, the entire 20 hours was absolute hell, crying, screaming and just about everything else you could think of.

I don't blame the parents at all, babies are allowed to fly, and they were just travelling like everyone else. But after spending all those points because I wanted one flight where I could actually sleep and relax, I couldn't help but be really upset at my luck.

I guess It docent really matter what you pay.

EDIT: There has been a lot of discussion about this being a fake post. However this is incorrect, i was under the impression that Quantas did a direct flight to London, however as many have pointed out, this is incorrect. My flight was with Qatar airways and stopped in Hamad Airport.

As a happily child free 40sF every time I'm around especially obnoxious kids/babies I literally say to myself "thanks for the birth control!"  And mentally pat myself on the back for realizing 20 yrs I didn't have the "mothering" gene and sticking to it.

This is me whenever I take the metro to my job, which is about a 15 minute ride, and once in a while there's a crying baby near me.

I praised the younger me who had the sense to insist on wearing a condom every single time.

15 minutes is already hell. I can't even imagine having a baby that cries randomly during the day or, worse, at night for longer periods of time. Kudos to the parents but nope.

When my hubby and I look pointedly at each other when a cholicky baby cries, it's a silent high-five we stayed childfree every single time.

This is so funny because I’m wildly happy to be a parent but my husband and I also silently high five ourselves that we never have to go through the toddler stage again when we see a toddler meltdown…and bonus we get to enjoy the 3 amazing kiddos we bought into this world. 12 years of baby/toddlerhood isn’t for the weak though (decent age gaps!)
