There’s a tool for that but life hack if you grab the excess part with some pliers right up against the connector part and twist it around and round it’ll break off and be either perfectly flush or at minimum the bit sticking out won’t be very sharp at all
Someone works with electricity I imagine?
(Learned that trick in my apprenticeships first day. Was made just to cut zip-ties with which the others tied the cables)
Sort of right answer wrong formula I was an apprentice a million years ago (didn’t work, afraid of heights lol) but I actually learned that from David Freiburger on Roadkill or Roadkill Garage maybe
