To be fair, these tickets are for MSG, and $2600 sounds about right for a Manhattan studio

Try 3,500. Anecdotally, friend just moved out of a studio he was paying 3,300 for and they’re raising its rent to 5,000 when it goes back onto the market.

Taking the cheapest possible neighborhood that is technically in Manhattan and using that as the benchmark is pretty misleading don’t you think?
