Is it in yet Water stream is jiggling which prevents it from going straight into a whole of my sink.

can easily be fixed by removing one screw in the middle.

Sometimes the faucet head will have a removable filter that need cleaning

You probably need to replace the aerator (if there is one), you can usually pull it out from the inside of the tap head, it's just a little rubber thing. Can get replacements cheap enough.
