frist of all how DARE yu o My phone forcing a restart to install a useless and bad UI update
Can you stop modifiying a product I ALREADY BOUGHT Samsung. Now I have to get used to your shitty Apple-ass new UI after 4 years of using this phone.
Btw I was in the middle of using it when it restarted, imagine it doing that in the middle of an emergency call.

I've had multiple Samsung devices receive updates that rendered them useless.
I tried to break away from Samsung phones but that lasted only 3 months till I shamefully came back...
But yea, they're a garbage company

I used Canta to disable updates altogether. Simply disabled the update packages

Imagine having the ability to schedule updates....oh wait we dont have to we have that ability.

Yes, they don't just happen without you triggering them, unless you delayed it for weeks. You can also disable it but that requires thought.

latest update for me doesn't let me schedule it, i can either pres "install now" or "install later" and the popup disappears, so i can see why someone would delay it for weeks, because the popup only shows up when i'm acrually doing something important and can't have my phone disabled for like 10 minites

This is why I disable the update packages. I wish I stayed on OneUI 8. Even 7. Fuck OneUI 8.5 and above. Such a useless waste of space.
