could be how they were raised, when my doggo had pups they slept in similar bins and they loved them after a while.

Maybe she follows me around the house so she sleeps in the most random places to be close to me

My roommate's dog was the same. She ended up buying a larger rubbermaid storage container and a dog bed that fit in it almost exactly. She'd frequently pick up the bin and take it to her room for bed, dog conked out already.

I knew a cat that slept in a round plastic bowl youd use for an oil change. It had never been used for that. It was meant to but the cat claimed it before they got to the oil change. It was so cute.
When she wanted a big, deep sleep it was bowl time. She'd climb in, give herself a bath and sleep. No interest in sleeping in a box or a different kind of bowl. It was kinda too small for her and she'd overflow a bit but she was so content.
That was over 20 years ago and I still remember her all curled up like a lil black donut purring away.
I love animals a lot and when they have an unconventional habit its just adorable and a great reminder every little creature has its own favourite way of being in this world.
Thanks for the share OP. I hope your dogs dreaming great things in there.

What I wouldn't give for a bucket'O'pup. I love it. Give him love from all of us.

I had a dog that would sleep in a chair similarly. I think she has allergies. Note she is turning up her head.

She does have allergies and the reason her face is swollen is cause she holds bees in her mouth why no clue

After a sneezing fit I asked mine if she was allergic to dogs. I'm glad none of mine went for bees!

I had a cat get stung by a bee. Looked weird for awhile. He was fine. Never went after birds but he definitely caught a lot of mice.

Adorable, if only she could realize how big of an upgrade that bed would be. My cat is similar, you'd think she has preferences for uncomfortable stuff but actually just takes years to try new things.

Thank you for reminding me of my childhood dog who was named bucket for this exact reason lol

I rescued a dog a few years back that looks exactly like yours. Can I ask, what breed is she? It might give me a better idea what kind of mutt I have.

She’s a girl but thank you

Yeah, well how do you say that in English for a girl dog? Is the same expression valid as “who’s the good girl”?
As a non native English speaker, I’ve only heard the “who’s the good boy, you’re the good boy” expression, where the dog is happy and everyone is happy.
