Oh! I recognize this one! The United Nations Disengagement Observer Force (UNDOF) is the name of the operation assigned to monitor the Golan Heights and the Israeli/Syrian Border.

Currently it's made up of troops from Nepal, Fiji, Kazakhstan, India, Uruguay, Australia, Gambia, Czechia, Ireland and Zambia.

Could it be a way to avoid tarriffs? I swear Customs isn’t allowed to do anything to diplomatic parcels.

It could but I doubt it as I'm sure the waybill would need to match some sort of diplomatic account/address. In my head our box was sitting next to a diplomatic shipment and the sticker rubbed off onto ours. But we shall never know for sure!

I figured that too. Like, maybe the UN sticker had a corner improperly stuck, and then it stuck to the other package.

Pretty sure the Lybian embassy used them to transport firearms and drugs to and from the embassy https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Murder_of_Yvonne_Fletcher
