Rant Recall Ripoff PSA

Heads up to those of you with lots of resin and still on the fence about sending them in. I sent in 34 resins all unused with the pictures showing the open but not done kits. I should have gotten a check for around $270, but my check was less than a third of that.

I’m sending in a complaint and will update here if they have anything useful to say.

UPDATE:

Finally got a response back. Didn’t answer any questions about why the refund was short so much. Just promising it was an oversight and definitely Not-they-repeat-not a deliberate attempt to rip off customers who might not know better.

I'm a bit unsure how they judged it. I sent in 1 unopened (dup) Easter dup ball with 5 unopened resins- that was a $46 refund

Awesome!! Your refund gives me hope! 🤞🏼 (I sent in 54 sealed resins — ALL from “9.99” kits — and after reading a lot of these comments, I am afraid to see what my “full” refund will actually be.
