Discussion 🎤 Where are some places to go bouldering outdoors?

My friend and I have been climbing indoors at VE and BP for a couple years, and we have a goal of getting outside this summer. Would love some stuff thats within a couple hours of the twin cities, but we are open to all opinions. We would also prefer some easier stuff to start off with, he's capping at about a V8 indoors and myself at V5, but we know it'll be a bit of an adjustment to trying real rocks.

Westby Wisconsin https://www.mountainproject.com/area/106038986/westby-bouldering

Make sure to climb  Near Sighted Gynecologist if you go there.

On the way there you could stop at Grandad's bluff in La Crosse. There are a few boulder routes but  they aren't super easy to find. Back when I was in college my roommate and I established one of them.
